She was predeceased by: her parents, Milton Eugene Arledge and Goldie McCall Arledge; her husband William Sevier Morgan, Sr.; her half-siblings, George Osteen and Louise Barton; her great grandchild Margot Ann Morgan; Michael Wilson Morgan.
She is survived by: her sister Marie Crowder; her sons, William S. "Billy" Morgan, Jr. (Donna) and Mark Morgan (Adriene); her grandchildren, Stephanie Morgan, Matthew Morgan (Kelsey), Alex Morgan (Kelsey) and Kelly Morgan (Duncan Berry); her great grandchildren, Sadie Morgan, Emma Berry, Parker Morgan, Mattie Morgan and Patrick Berry; her sister-in-law Gail Morgan; and her daughter-in-law Christine Morgan.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 11th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the TBD Hominy Baptist Church, Ministry Center (135 Candler School Rd, Candler, NC 28715). A memorial service will be held on Sunday, October 11th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Hominy Baptist Church (135 Candler School Rd, Candler, NC 28715). Her most enduring legacy was her tenure at the Biltmore Estate where she worked for 34 years until the pandemic forced her into early retirement in 2020 at age 88.
