He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Foster and Mary Lois Foster. He is survived by: his wife Neteka Foster; his children, Clay (Tara), Heath (Ashley) and Diana; his grandchildren, Wesley, Johnny, Charlotte, Riley and Grayson; and his siblings, Barry (Susan) and Lisa Sellers (Reggie). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
