He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Seay and Velma Seay; and his brother Larry Joe Seay of Travelers Rest. He is survived by: his wife Yolanda Seay; his children, Jason Seay and Tammy Seay; his grandchildren, Ashley, Emily, Lucy and Dustin; and his great grandchild Aspen.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Groce Funeral Home - Patton Ave. (1401 Patton Ave, Asheville, NC 28806). A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Ridgeway Baptist Church Cemetery (525 Old U. S. 19-23, Candler, NC 28715).
