He is survived by: his wife Betty King Cook; his daughters, Terri Plemmons and Tina Cook; his sisters, Carol Ann Cook Craig and Anita Cook Holcombe; his nieces, Jennifer Blaine Inman, Pamela Lindsay-Nichols and Cindy Lindsay Laub; his grandchildren, Dylan Plemmons, Jessica Amos, Mimry Whiteman and Madison Treadway; his siblings-in-law, Susie Webb, Pat Williams, Sheila Dowong and Philip King; his stepsons, Mark and Marty King; and his grandchildren, Jani Gerstine, Austin, Nichole King and Jared King. He is also survived by five great grandchildren.
