He is survived by: his children, Michael Stirewalt (Amy), David Stirewalt (Sylvia) of New London, NC, Kevin Lambert (Lynne) of Durham, Patricia Leonard (Phillip) of Vale, NC and Juanita Faulkner (Brian) of Richfield, NC; and his grandchildren, Adam Stirewalt, Briget Taber, Christopher Stirewalt, Felix Stirewalt, Emily Stirewalt, Matthew Leonard, Max Leonard, Brittany Alexander, Amanda Laton, Andy Stirewalt, Aaron Stirewalt, Anita Stirewalt, Briana Faulkner, Zachariah Faulkner, Orion Faulkner and Corey Faulkner. He is also survived by 35 great-grandchildren.
