She is survived by: her children, Steve Burkhead (Beth) of Kissimmee, FL and Debra Beroth (Mike) of Winston-Salem; her grandchildren, Matt Burkhead (Adrienne) of Windermere, FL, Alex Burkhead (Amanda) of Atlanta, GA and Anna Beroth of Winston-Salem; her great grandchildren, Philip, Abigail Burkhead (Matt), Augie and Nell Burkhead (Alex); and her sister Inez Blake.
