She is survived by: her children, Rick Lewis, Bruce Lewis and Teresa Lewis; her grandchildren, Aletta Whitley (Mark), Neal Lewis (Pamela) and Todd Lewis; her great grandchildren, Natalie, Anna, Taylor and Chase; and her family, Pamela Lewis, Janet Morgan, Laura Hancock and Nancy.
