He is survived by: his parents, Crystal Mease and James Edward Kay; his siblings, Admire Eloise Kay and Katherine Kay; his half-sister Maddison Cope; his godparents, Matthew and Katrina Cope; and his grandparents, Shelly West and Daniel Mease (Ruth Mease).
