He is survived by: his siblings, Pauline Duckett, Helen Cox, Walter Stanley Hyatt, Jr., Jack Hyatt, Betty Green, Billy Hyatt, Marie Rickard and Mike Hyatt; his daughter Cathy Derrick; his granddaughter Tracie Davis; his daughters, Ann Howell (Charlie), Laura Blake (Michael), Kelly Hyatt (Chris), Jeanie Cucumber-Hyatt and Crystal Jones; his grandchildren, Travis, Chip (Sarah), Matthew, Rachelle, Hunter (Kenneth), Kaitlyn (Russell), Brianna (Andy), Jake, Mason, Michael, Dominic and Cory; his siblings, Dixie King of Leicester, NC and David Hyatt of Leicester, NC; Matthew Howell. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
