He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert "Bob" Justice and Artie Speagle Justice; his wife Mabel Hicks Justice; his son Ronnie Justice; and his siblings, George (Flora), Carl (Annie), Charles (Nancy), Robert Jr. (Mae), Thomas (Dorothy), Hugh Justice, Hattie Haney (Richard), Bonnie Woodard (Leslie) and Fannie Wells (Russell).
He is survived by: his daughters, Dorothy Ramsey of Marion, Sally McKinney of Canton and Gail Young (Mike) of Bryson City. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.
