He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Williams and Martha Williams Franklin. He is survived by: his children, Megan Williams (Lee) of Asheville, Corey Williams (Julia) of Hendersonville and Staci Williams of Arden. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
