She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Grant and Ollie Mashburn Grant; her husband Jack McKinney; and her siblings, Manuel Grant, Ruth Barnes, Nellie Jenkins and Evelyn Grant.
She is survived by: her children, Patricia Worley (Ricky Creasman), Sheila Rogers (Gary) and Jack McKinney (Carla); her sister Eva Edwards; and her sister-in-law Eleen Grant. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; twenty great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 3rd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Garrett Funerals and Cremations (460 N Main St, Waynesville, NC 28786). A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 3rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Chapel of Garrett Funerals and Cremations (460 N Main St, Waynesville, NC 28786).
