He is survived by: his wife Julia Helen Lott Parker of Canton; his children, Michelle Surrett (Randy) and Mark Swanger (Misty) of Johnson City, Tennessee; his grandchildren, Ali Swanger, Madasyn Surrett and Conar Surrett; and his sister Gayle Ammons (Bobby) of Canton.
