He was predeceased by: his grandmother Gladys Cogburn. He is survived by: his wife Leigh Hazlett Cogburn; his mother Teresa Blythe; his stepfather Carrol Blythe; and his grandfather Hubert Cogburn. He is also survived by many cousins, extended family members, cherished friends.
