He is survived by: his wife Sandra Hazen; his sons, Cobia Gould of Pensacola, Kurt Gould (Cindy) of Jacksonville, Stephen Hazen (Shay) of Charlottesville and Daniel Hazen (Alexis) of Lihu'e, Hawaii.; and his grandchildren, Aiden, Scarlett Gould, Jack, Hollis, William and Harper Hazen.
