She was predeceased by: her great-grandparent Lorean; her parents, John Overman and Dova Best Mackey; her husband John Blaylock; her daughter Lesa Adair Blaylock; and her siblings, Margaret Boltz, Hazel Frady, Reva Phillips, Julieen Brown, Glenn Overman and Thurmond Overman.
She is survived by: her children, Nancy Underwood (Sam) of Waynesville, Tim Blaylock (Anita) of Waynesville and Kenneth Blaylock (Teresa) of Candler; her grandchildren, Mackenzie Stack (Charlie), Mathew Underwood (Becca), Jonathan Blaylock (Rebekah), Laurel Rhyne (David) and Michael Blaylock (Caroline); and her great grandchildren, Marin, Sam, Asher, Madeline, Avery, Harper, Knox, Pearson, Campbell, Finley, Gracyn, Abraham, Ellis, Evelyn, Mary Kathryn, James, Dorothy and Brooks.
