She was predeceased by: her parents, Wayne Dotson and Loree Henson Dotson; her son Jeffrey David Burnette; her grandson Christopher Brian West; and her sister-in-law Rose Dotson.
She is survived by: her daughters, Deborah Moody (Tony) and Sherry Lowe (Eddie); her granddaughter Amelia Shook; her great grandchildren, Brian West and Elijah Shook; her brother Joe Dotson; her nephew Reginal Dotson; her stepdaughter Samantha Godfrey (David); and her stepgrandchildren, Cami and Brock Godfrey.
A graveside service will be held on Sunday, June 29th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Longs United Methodist Church Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that memorial donations be made to Beulah Baptist Church, 483 Sunset Circle, Canton, NC 28716.
