Melvin Lee Robinson Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Melvin Lee Robinson (Canton, North Carolina), who passed away on April 1, 2024, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Clyde M. Robinson and Frankie Jo D. Robinson. He is survived by : his wife Donna Sutton Robinson; his daughters, Leigh Anne Robinson of Candler and Leslie Robinson of Canton; his grandchildren, David Dotson, Mackenzie Lawson, Raylee Lawson and Hunter Lawson; his siblings, Arthur Robinson of Canton and Sharon Banks of Canton; and his close friends, Susan Kern, Nicole Tulinski and Reverend Kelly Dotson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be made in Melvin's memory to the Pisgah High School Marching Band, 1 Black Bear Dr., Canton, NC, where he so greatly enjoyed watching his granddaughter, Mackenzie Lawson, perform with the Colorguard.
