She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Gleen Rogers and Mabel Edna Rogers; and her husbands, Gerald Jackson Stepp and Billy Albert Justice. She is survived by: her daughters, Sherry Barton (Alan) and Debbie Norman (Tim); and her grandchildren, Misty (Jared), Joshua Barton (Taylor), Adam Conner and Tanner Norman. She is also survived by 7 great grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, October 26th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Cruso Umc Cemetery (11653 Cruso Rd, Canton, NC 28716).
