He was predeceased by: his father Harold Cochran; his grandparents, Alma Cochran, John and Annie Ashe; and his sister Alma Anita "Sissy" Cochran.
He is survived by: his mother Blenda Ashe Cochran of Waynesville; his brother Randy L. Cochran of Canton; his daughters, Allison Payne (Billy) of Maryland and Rachel Sullivan (Shawn) of Maryland; and his grandchildren, Autumn, Harper and Chase of Maryland.
Visitation was held on Saturday, August 29th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Funeral Home (1 N Main St, Canton, NC 28716). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, August 29th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Chapel of Crawford (1 N Main St, Canton, NC 28716).
