She was predeceased by: her mother Dorothy Mills Conley; her stepfather Joe Lewis Conley; her brother Phillip Mills; her husband Leroy Wilson; and her pet Mercedes.
She is survived by: her son Rodney J. Mills; her daughter-in-law Teresa Mills; her daughter Mary Wilson; her sisters, Nancy Mills and Julia Hicks; and her grandchildren, Danny Hardison, April Chapman, Zev Mills, Sierra Mills Burnham and Dorothy Mills. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren, along with other family members and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Pleasant Grove Baptist Church (24 Sanctuary Hill Dr, Canton, NC 28716). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
