He was predeceased by: his parents, James Lister Skinner Jr. and Josephine Norvell Fry Skinner. He is survived by: his wife Torpy Skinner; his daughter Arran; his son-in-law Rick; his son Andrew; his daughter-in-law Kelita; his grandchildren, Halo, Harmony, Hope, Dillon and Dayton; his brothers, Tom Skinner (Linda) and Arthur Skinner (Katrina); and his brother-in-law Chuck Torpy (Carole). He is also survived by nine nieces and nephews.
