Highsmith; and her siblings, Joann Murphy, Myrtle Crumpler, Geneva Townsend, Mozzell Murphy, J. C. Murphy, Charlie D. Murphy, Johnnie B. Murphy, Floyd Murphy and Leonard Murphy.
She is survived by: her children, Andrew Beatty (Annie) of Harrells, Jerry Beatty (Linda) of Hope Mills, NC and Pricilla Beatty (Doug) of Hope Mills, NC.; and her siblings, Rachel Fryar and George Murphy. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren, and 1 great-grandchild.
