He was predeceased by: his parents, James Phineas Davis and Carleen Leggette Davis; his wife Debra; and his siblings, Sarah Prevatte, Carol Young and Hilton Davis.
He is survived by: his children, Erin Davis Williams (David) and Clay Davis (Bethany); his grandchildren, Noah House, Madison House, Seth Williams and Kayden Howell; his sister Gwen Melvin; and his pet Buddy.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or to the Eastover Fire Department.
