He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Ralph and Jean Ivey of Newsoms. He is survived by: his mother Joanna Courtney Ivey; his aunts and uncles, Teresa, David VanDamme, Joyce and Daniel Rutland; and his great-uncle Kenneth Gray.
