We bid farewell to Donald David Ging of Carolina Beach, North Carolina, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on July 16, 2025 at the age of 73. Donald David touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert P. Ging and Rosemary Ging; and his brother Robert P. Ging Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Georgia A. Ging; his daughter Jeanine Ging (Brian Wargo); his stepchildren, Angela Dawson (William Dawson) and Erich Orris (Melissa Orris); his grandchildren, Eli Dawson, Caleb Dawson, Charlee Dawson, Meadow Ging Wargo and Theo Ging Wargo; and his siblings, Tim Ging (Betty Lou), Mary Ging, Patty Cole (Bob), Carol Erzen (Dave), Kevin Ging (Carolyn), Karen Beattie (Tom) and Terry Ging (Lori). He is also survived by 18 nieces and nephews; 15 great-nieces and nephews; and a community of friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 5:30 PM at the Kure Memorial Lutheran Church (117 S 3rd Ave, Kure Beach, NC 28449).
