He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Minsky and Edith Minsky (Itzkowitz); and his brother Richard Minsky. He is survived by: his children, Dr. Jason Minsky of Charlotte and Cherice Scharf (Christopher) of Wilmington; his granddaughter Caitlyn Scharf; his former wife Barbara McGirt; Kona. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
