He was predeceased by : his parents, Charlie Paul and Beulah S. Connor; and his sister Vonnell. He is survived by : his wife Billie; his daughter Sharon (Chris); his grandson Ben; and his sister Thetus. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Ted's name to the Cape Fear Disabled Fishing Tournament.
