The memory of Ginger Groover of Carolina Shores, North Carolina, born in Halifax, Virginia, who passed away on April 22, 2024 at the age of 62, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Ginger leaves behind and her impact on our lives. Though Ginger may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories we hold dear, a guiding light that illuminates our paths in times of darkness.

She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Rufus Yancey and Georgia Smith Yancey; her husband Richard Groover; her children, Dexter Snow, Cody Snow, Jacob Groover and Jennifer Mason; and her siblings, Andy Yancey, Gail West and Yvette Rice. She was also cherished by 9 grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 4th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Beach Assembly of God (20 Bliss Rd NW, Ocean Isle Beach, NC 28469).
