She is survived by: her daughter Kimberly Ward Hart; her grandsons, Tristan David Hart of Carrboro, Evan Delta Hart of Carrboro and Shane Edward Hart of Carrboro; and her siblings, Eleanor Phillips (George) of Headland, Alabama and Dr. Edward Blount Fields Jr. of Pagosa Springs.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to the Charles House Association, whose care and community meant so much to Lura.
