She is survived by: her daughter Tara C. Troublefield (Jay); her grandsons, Jamal Logan Hoyt and Jalen Ernest Troublefield; and her sister Jean Oldham Matthews (Billy). She is also survived by nieces and nephews; and cousins.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Cool Springs Church of Carthage (2027 Cool Springs Rd, Carthage, NC 28327).
