It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Alice Turner of Carthage, North Carolina, born in Clay, West Virginia, who passed away on August 27, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her father Lovell Carlton Hamrick. She is survived by : her husband Elton Clarke Turner. She is also survived by five children and twelve grandchildren.
