With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Cynthia Lee McKenzie (Carthage, North Carolina), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 25, 2025 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Connelly and Betty Blackman Connelly; her daughter Lori Sellers; her brother Jerry Connelly; and her granddaughter Alessandra Calhoun.
She is survived by: her husband Charles McKenzie; her daughters, Christy Tarlton, Ginny Scott and Mandi (Rob Calhoun); her grandchildren, Jeremiah Scott, Hunter Scott and Brooklyn Calhoun; and her son-in-law Cliff Scott.
