He was predeceased by : his son Dustin; and his brother Bryan Colby McMillan. He is survived by : his parents, Karen Templin Bibey and Jack McMillan; his children, Sophie Ann McMillan and Tucker James McMillan; his stepsiblings, Holly Mantle Owen, Jennifer Lowery and Anthony Bibey; his grandmother Dot Templin; his aunts, Wendy Downing and Candy Phillips; his uncle Steve Templin; and his niece Zoey McMillan. He is also survived by many cousins and other family and friends.

Memorial donations may be made to a future fund set up for Dustin's children.
