The passing of Ernest Marshall Bryant of Carthage, North Carolina, born in Alderson, West Virginia leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on March 23, 2025 at the age of 83. He was predeceased by: his parents, Plummer James Bryant and Mary Ayers Bryant; his grandparents, Plummer J., Pearl Sims Bryant, Ambrose and Sallie Acock Ayers of Flat Mountain, W. V.; and his brother Elmer Ray Bryant.
He is survived by: his sisters, Sally L. Bryant Mueller (Mike) of Jacksonville, FL and Vivian Sheppard (Calvin) of Alderson, WV; his aunt Natalie Clowser; and his uncle Noel Adkins of Rainelle, WV. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.
Ernie loved nature, especially birds that flocked around his feeders, so in lieu of flowers please hang a bird feeder in his memory.
