It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Floyd Thomas Tyner of Carthage, North Carolina, who passed away on November 15, 2025, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Tyner and Jessie Pearl Speer Tyner; and his siblings, Roger Tyner, Brenda Cummings and Clara Sheffield.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Maness Tyner; his sons, Michael Tyner (Hallie) and Brian Tyner (Barbara); and his siblings, Janet Sineath and Randy Tyner of Carthage. He is also survived by three grandchildren; two step-grandchildren and one step-great-grandchild.
