He was predeceased by : his father Gary Lee Leopper. He is survived by : his mother Lillie Swafford Leopper; and his brothers, Steve (Shelia) of Powell, TN and Randall of Knoxville, TN. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews, and a multitude of friends.
