She was predeceased by: her parents, Archie Phillips and Helen Scotten Phillips; her husband Burgwyn Fields; and her daughter Vickie Edwards. She is survived by: her son Tony Fields of Carthage; her brother Ronald Phillips (Carol) of Kernersville; her grandchildren, Elaina Fields and Charles Edwards; her son-in-law Don Edwards; and her sister-in-law Sarah Jane Fields.
