He was predeceased by: his father Larry Garland Foil. He is survived by: his friend Tom Bullins; his wife Jessica; his children, Jackson, Jenna, Josie, Julia and Jameson; his mother Vickie D. Israel (Israel); his father-in-law Frank; his brothers, Justin (Gracie), Jonathan and DJ (Miranda); his brother-in-law Christopher Amato; and his nieces and nephews, Luke, Kiptyn, Tucker, Keegan, Hannah and Tessa. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.

Visitation was held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Boles Funeral Home Chapel (425 W Pennsylvania Ave, Southern Pines, NC 28387). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, July 12th 2025.
