He is survived by: his daughter Tonya McKenzie (Landon) of West End; his grandchildren, Kayla Needham (Matthew) of West End, Keneth Christian of Carthage, Abby McKenzie of West End, Johnny Mckenzie of West End, Dillon Mckenzie (Jessica) of West End and Nathan Mckenzie of West End; his great grandchildren, Amberleigh Kiser, Bentley Kiser, Cayden Needham, Landon Mckenzie, Magnolia Mckenzie, Carter Mckenzie and Wyatt Mckenzie; his sister Shirley Davis of West Frankfort, Illinois; his sister-in-law Leslie Perryman of Thompsonville, Illinois; and his former wife Joyce Perryman of Carthage. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
