She was predeceased by: her mother Sarah Louvenia Widner; and her siblings, Linda Kirk and Charles Widner. She is survived by: her children, Martha Kovach (Barry, Jr.) of Carthage, Meredith Hawe of Sanford and Chad Prevatte Hendersonville (Ashley); her sisters, Becky Ayers and Rene Kirk; her aunt Maggie Barton; her uncle Edgar Widner; and the father of her children Everett Prevatte, Jr.. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren; eight great grandchildren.
