She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Douglas and Fleeta Stewart Douglas; her husband WillieLee Hash; and her siblings, James Doulgas, JoAnn Maness, Brenda Kureth and Shirley Douglas.
She is survived by: her children, Venus Cockman of Broadway and Adam Medlin of Sanford.
