She is survived by: her husband Mike Lewis; her daughter Jeanna Waller (Justin); her siblings, Betty Jean Worrell (Hugh), Earline Cole and David Collins (Cheryl); her grandchildren, Lacey, Alaina Waller, Maddie Sellars and Kendra Spring (Zack); and her great grandchildren, Reyna and Avery Spring.
