He is survived by: his wife Mary Alice Ring Whitaker; his children, Stanley Whitaker (Annie) of Carthage and Shannon Morton of Carthage; his grandchildren, Melissa Hurlocker (Jeremy), Johnathan Whitaker (Phelica), Amanda Carter (Justin), Nick Morton (Brittany) and Kinley Hickman (Chandler); his great grandchildren, Rylee Hurlocker, Maci Carter, Leah Hurlocker, Christian Carter, Jaxon Hickman and Pearl Morton; and his siblings, Tina Foster of Kentucky and Gene Whitaker (Doris) of Vass.
