He is survived by : his parents, Rob Yarter and Lena Rivera Yarter; his wife Hannah Russell Yarter; his son Russell Allan Yarter; his siblings, Jocelyn Yarter and Kyle Yarter of Carthage; his grandparents, Pablo, Dawn Rivera of Carthage, Roger, Paulette Yarter of Carthage, Lee Wilkinson of Carthage and Olga Rivera; and his mother-in-law Terri Russell of Robbins. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
