She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Ralph Beesley MD and Eleanor Moorehouse Beesley; and her son Christopher R. Watson. She is survived by: her husband Samuel Watson; her children, Samuel R. Watson of Sanford, Jessica Sally Dees of Carthage and Joshua M. Watson of Asheville; her grandchildren, Christopher Chase Watson, Lila Watson and Gabriel Watson; and her siblings, Pamela E. Goldsmith of Florida, Susan Beesley Scurlock of King, NC. and Joseph R. Beesley, Jr. of Canada.
