Amelia Deutsch Pobiner Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Amelia Deutsch Pobiner (Cary, North Carolina), who passed away on February 4, 2026, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though Amelia may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Amelia touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Helen Deutsch and Morris Deutsch; and her sibling Ira Deutsch. She is survived by: her husband Harvey; her children, Joe Pobiner (Johnnie Stark) of Grapevine, TX and Bonnie Pobiner (Patrick Graham) of Raleigh, NC; and her granddaughter Ana Pobiner of Raleigh, NC. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
