She was predeceased by: her parents, Maude Hamilton and Clinton Britt "Billy" Matthews; her daughter Janice Leigh; and her husband Bill. She is survived by: her children, Michael Allen and Nancy Anne Whelan; her grandchildren, David (Kacey) and Margot (Nick); her son-in-law Les; her nieces, Chris, Lucie, Liz, Sally and Jacqui; and her nephew James.
