She was predeceased by : her parents, Lonnie Scott Blackburn and Verdahlia Serena Beck Blackburn; her husband Ben Garrison Baldwin; and her siblings, Ephriam Scott Blackburn (Holly Nichols Blackburn), Robert L. "Bill" Blackburn (Bettie Jean), Edith Mae Blackburn Corley and Frank Odell Blackburn (Carolyn Louise).

She is survived by : her daughter Sandra Kay Baldwin Duncan; her son-in-law John Lewis Duncan; and her grandchildren, Jenny Rebecca Duncan Pritchard (Josh Pritchard) of Raleigh, Amanda Beth Duncan (Jeffery Bell) of Wilson, Melissa Carol Duncan (Jason Lopez) of Raleigh, Cullen Yosef El Jaouhari, Tegan Idris El Jaouhari of Wilson and Amelia Joy Pritchard of Raleigh.
