She was predeceased by: her father Lawrence Godwin; and her husband Clarence Ray Batts, Sr.. She is survived by: her parent Maezelle Godwin; her sons, Clarence Ray "Skip" Batts Jr. and Scott Batts; her granddaughter Courtney; and her siblings, Betty Godwin, Bill Godwin (Sandy) and Debbie Calton. She is also survived by family members and friends.
